Transform Your Journey with Our Online Integrative Skills & Wellbeing Group Sessions
Over the past few months, so many of you have asked whether we’ll be running another one of these sessions. We previously ran a BETA version, which was a great success, and we’re pleased to say it will be returning in 2026.
The feedback from our last group was incredibly positive. This round will help people shift gently through winter, steady the nervous system, and build real, practical skills for navigating daily life.
While the programme includes some CBT-informed tools, it isn’t just CBT. It’s a blended approach grounded in integrative therapy, lived experience, and neurodivergent-affirming support. It’s designed for real life, not textbooks.
Start Date: 1pm Tuesday 10th February
Cost: £60 (That’s £10 per session!)
Format: 6 group sessions, live via Zoom every week
What the group includes
This small-group, integrative support space includes:
6 x 1-hour live video sessions over 6 weeks
Online group format
Only 15 places available to keep things safe, contained, and supportive
Sessions are recorded, so you can re-watch in your own time if needed
Worksheets and session notes emailed to you after each session
This is an interactive, inclusive group rather than a passive webinar. You’ll be invited to:
have your camera on where possible,
take part in gentle discussion,
share at a level that feels safe for you,
and engage with others in the group as part of the experience.
You’ll never be forced to speak of course, but your presence, participation, and willingness to be alongside others is an important part of what makes the group work.
Investment: £60 for all 6 sessions.
About your facilitator –

Clare Monson
S.N.H.S (Dip)
Clare is a holistic practitioner and qualified Medical Herbalist with over 20 years of experience. Herbal medicines treat the root cause of a problem, instead of simply patching over the effects, working in harmony with the body and alongside modern medicines.
When used correctly, they can balance and complement each other.
Clare brings this whole-person, mind–body perspective into her therapeutic work, holding space that is practical, gentle, and genuinely inclusive.
This course is built on lived experience and professional training. Your facilitator, Clare, combines her background as a CBT practitioner with a deep understanding of neurodivergence. She’s here to provide practical tools, meaningful connection, and a safe, supportive environment.
